Traditional pasta

The Warda jumbo pasta are bronze drawn and slowly dried, which gives it a rough aspect full of taste and always al dente.
In order to make its traditional Nouassers, Warda has adapted the ancestral process to its factory. Likely home-made Nouassers using the same ingredients, and slow drying machines close to natural sun-drying technique, hence preserving all the nutritional qualities of wheat.
