Ingredients:

  • 400g of Warda farfalle
  • 5 peeled and crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 8 merguez cut in 2
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 50g of parmesan cheese.

Cook the merguez, garlic, and tomatoes in oil for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and tomato paste, a little water, and let simmer.
