Ingredients:

  • 400g of Warda farfalle
  • 5 peeled and crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 8 merguez cut in 2
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 50g of parmesan cheese.

Sauté the merguez, garlic and tomatoes in the oil for 5 minutes, add salt, pepper and tomato paste, a little water and simmer.

Cook the Warda farfalle in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
